Director

Marie Jackson is an established financial services professional having worked in the industry for 29 years. Beginning her career at Aviva, she has since worked for a number of providers across the wider Yorkshire region including Pearson Jones, Park Row Associates and Fenton Simpson Financial Services Limited. Her expertise includes residential, investment and commercial mortgages, associated protection, Later Life Lending and business protection. Marie has been self-employed for a number of years, latterly working with Hyde Associates in Leeds. She looks after her large, loyal and wonderful client bank which has accumulated over a long period.

LOUISE BALDING

Operations Director

Louise Balding is an experienced administrator with extensive experience of office systems and data management. Beginning her career at Rowntrees in York, then onto Aviva and latterly the NHS. She will be responsible for the office management and client administration. Louise has been involved in paraplanning and organisational side of business for 27 years.

SIMON CRACK

Consultant

Simon Crack will be a consultant to Ebullient and is a solicitor with 25 years’ experience, latterly as managing director of Hethertons Solicitors. He has extensive experience within professional services and a detailed knowledge of the York and North Yorkshire property market having established the residential conveyancing property team during his time at Hethertons which is now one of the biggest providers of conveyancing services in the York area. Simon has acted for a number of professional services businesses including accountants, financial services providers and insurance brokerages. He has a diploma from the Institute of Leadership and Management in strategic leadership and management. He is currently a Visiting Lecturer at York Business School at the University of York St John.
